Prepare one service brief before requesting prices
Replace “a car for one day” with the first pickup and final drop-off times. Specify whether the vehicle should remain available between meetings or provide separate transfers at agreed times. Include passengers, luggage and any intercity route. Record model preference separately from armor requirements: the Mercedes S-Class name alone does not establish a protection level.

Example: the same total with different inclusions
Imagine two offers for a programme starting and ending at your hotel. One includes waiting during meetings; the other covers only outbound and return transfers. Asking for another destination during the day changes the second offer’s scope. Before choosing, establish which hours the vehicle will be allocated to your party. This example is not a price or duration commitment.
Do not assume an omitted item is included
If an offer says “all inclusive”, ask for an itemised definition. For intercity use, clarify the return or delivery arrangements. Documentation is a separate question from price: the assigned vehicle’s armor documents and scope need confirmation. If your programme changes, obtain written acceptance of the revised scope instead of assuming the original offer still applies.
