Bookings can be coordinated through an executive assistant or authorised contact. Hotel, meeting, business dinner and airport stops are considered within one programme. Agree in advance who may communicate changes and how the chauffeur should be contacted.

Priorities include a quiet cabin, appropriate reception and respect for time spent working. Share any corporate confidentiality agreement requirement at the quotation stage. Applicable privacy arrangements are discussed before booking.
S-Class, Maybach or an armored option
Consider Mercedes S-Class and Maybach for comfort preferences, or suitable armored Mercedes options where armored travel is required. Standard Maybach service should not be assumed to be armored. Additional vehicles for multiple executives or an accompanying team can be considered within the same plan.
